Of the 1.2 million Australians who receive aged care services, only 22% have access to some form of support or care at home, and 71% live without accessing government-subsidised aged care services*.

Help us to provide more home nursing care and mobility to those in our community that need it most.

Clever Care NOW (formerly Nurses On Wheels) a registered charity and not for profit has for 60 years proudly delivered a professional and caring service that gives back to the community. We provide a range of services including mobile home nursing, day trips for over 65’s and patient transport which:

  • Provides care to live independently in the home
  • Enables mobility and accessibility
  • Supports engagement in the local community
  • Inspires a feeling of being valued
  • Creates opportunities for friendship and connection

Some people in our local area who find themselves alone and in need of nursing care may also experience financial pressure. Our ‘Hardship Fund’ supports those having difficulty paying for their home nursing needs.

Making a contribution to our Hardship Fund means your small donation will have a huge impact on someone in need.
