Free personal care services for those eligible*

Personal Care - Mobile Nursing - Private Nursing Sydney

Do you have a loved one in need of personal care services over the festive season?

For a limited time until 15 January 2021, we are offering free personal care services for those eligible.

Our experienced carers provide a range of personal care services including showering, personal hygiene, grooming and dressing.

We follow COVID safe guidelines as set out by the Department of Health who released this “It’s OK to have home care” information sheet for older people who may have a carer visiting them at home.

For over 60 years, Clever Care Now (formerly Nurses On Wheels) has been caring for the community.

We support people to continue to live their best life possible at home.

We provide a range of home care services including

  • in-home nursing
  • personal care
  • post-operative nursing
  • pharmacy collection service
  • physiotherapy
  • nutrition and meal support
  • home modifications

Our in-home nursing services include

  • medication management
  • palliative care
  • catheter care
  • stomal care
  • wound care
  • geriatric assessment (PAS/RUDAS)

We also provide assisted transport, social support – day trips and transport to social events, mobile in-home physiotherapy and business health programs including Influenza vaccinations, skin checks, health checks and postural assessments.

Our team of mobile, qualified and dedicated nursing staff are available seven days a week, 365 days per year. We accept self-referrals and deliver care in your home within 24 hours where possible. We liaise with your doctor, health care professionals, carers and family.
