“Mum I have made some tickets for your Clever Care NOW Day Tripper bus. The people on the bus can hand these to the bus driver before each trip. I’ve even drawn a barcode to scan” says creative and thoughtful seven-year-old Bowie, son of one our CCN team.

It is admirable to see children using their young creative minds. Thank you, Bowie, for thinking of our Day Trippers!

A little bit about our Day Trips – Clever Care NOW offers a range of outings for people in the St George area and Sutherland Shire. The door-to-door Monday to Friday service goes to a variety of locations for morning tea and lunch often including shopping, shows, movies, nurseries and annual events such as Bowral Tulip Time Festival.

Nurses On Wheels has been presented with $50,000 from Bayside Council via the State Government’s Stronger Community Fund Grants. Over $500,000 was awarded to 15 local community groups at a function on Thursday, 22 February.

Clever Ageing Expo 2019

Expressions of Interest are open for exhibitors at the 2019 Clever Ageing Expo, Tuesday 19 February at Club on East Sutherland.
