clever care now - caring for the community

A message from Clever Care NOW’s CEO: New leadership

I would like to take this opportunity to update you on some changes within Clever Care NOW (CCN).

After much consideration I have decided to step down from my position as Chief Executive Officer for CCN.

I take much pride in the progress that we have made in the last five years and want to take this opportunity to thank the CCN Board, management team, nurses and admin staff for their contribution to this success.

From the rebrand, to new technology and the introduction of complimentary services including patient transport, corporate flu vaccinations and health checks for local businesses, we have made many advances in addition to our home nursing service, which still continues today after 60 years.

I will continue to work with Clever Care NOW until 31 July in order to fulfil a smooth transition of CCN’s leadership to the new CEO.

From Monday 20 July, Julie Hale assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer. Julie comes to CCN with industry and leadership experience across the health and human services sectors, public and private companies, Commonwealth agencies and Not for Profits. Her experience spans aged care, mental health, palliative care, primary health and community services.

I feel privileged to have led an organisation that makes such a positive impact on the lives of people in the community.

I wish all our clients, patients, community partners, Board members and staff the very best for a happy and healthy future.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours faithfully

Jill Deering
Former Chief Executive Officer
