St George Aged Care Expo

It was great to see so many people at the recent St George Aged Care Expo at Hurstville.

We met people from diverse backgrounds with varying health needs seeking information to improve their health, well-being and lifestyles.

Thank you to our nurse for providing health checks to so many seniors.

 

Free community health checks

We are delighted to once again provide free to the public health checks at the St George Aged Care Expo.

People aged 65 and over, their carers and supporters, Aboriginal people over 50 and those from diverse cultural backgrounds have the opportunity to learn more about help at home services and community activities.

Come down and see us for a free health check.

NOW receives grant for new bus

Nurses On Wheels has been presented with $50,000 from Bayside Council via the State Government’s Stronger Community Fund Grants. Over $500,000 was awarded to 15 local community groups at a function on Thursday, 22 February.
