Free community health checks

We are delighted to once again provide free to the public health checks at the St George Aged Care Expo.

People aged 65 and over, their carers and supporters, Aboriginal people over 50 and those from diverse cultural backgrounds have the opportunity to learn more about help at home services and community activities.

Come down and see us for a free health check.

Keeping your health in check

Clever Care NOW was pleased to offer health checks to patrons at Club Central Menai recently as well as the Georges River Council Love Your Life! Seniors Festival launch at Hurstville.

Our qualified nurses offer on-site blood pressure and blood sugar checks. Results from the health checks are provided to patrons to follow up with their health care provider if needed.

Nurses On Wheels has been presented with $50,000 from Bayside Council via the State Government’s Stronger Community Fund Grants. Over $500,000 was awarded to 15 local community groups at a function on Thursday, 22 February.
