Clever Care Now CEO

Over the weekend, our CEO Jill Deering was interviewed by Madeline Tynan of the Tynan Group to discuss how Clever Care NOW has adapted to changes during the pandemic and how, thanks to government and club funding, and extra protective measures, we are able to continue to care for people in their homes.

We are already planning the return of our Day Tripper program for when the time is right. In the meantime, we continue to regular check in with our Day Trippers by phone to ask ‘Are you ok?’.

This interview is one of a weekly series hosted by Madeline Tynan. The live stream is on the Leader’s Facebook page weekly, Sunday’s at 2pm. The discussions with leading business people from NFP, private sector and family business look at how businesses are adapting during the pandemic.

Nurses On Wheels has been presented with $50,000 from Bayside Council via the State Government’s Stronger Community Fund Grants. Over $500,000 was awarded to 15 local community groups at a function on Thursday, 22 February.

Clever Ageing Expo 2019

Expressions of Interest are open for exhibitors at the 2019 Clever Ageing Expo, Tuesday 19 February at Club on East Sutherland.
